Form 990's
Every year, nonprofit organizations are required to complete four items to stay in compliance. On this page are our Form 990's, which we send to the IRS at tax time. In addition, we also complete:
- Form FTB 199 (Exempt Organization Annual Information Return) for California Franchise Tax Board
- Form RRF-1 (Annual Registration Renewal Fee Report) to the CA Attorney General
- Form SI-100 (Statement of Information) for the CA Secretary of State (biannually)
